Kenya has been selected to host the first-ever World Chambers Federation (WCF) Africa Summit, a flagship global business event scheduled for June 2025 at the iconic Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi.

The announcement, made by the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI), underscores the country’s rising profile as a regional economic powerhouse and a strategic gateway to African markets.


Summit to Attract Global Trade Leaders

The WCF Africa Summit 2025 is expected to draw over 4,500 delegates from more than 70 countries, including:

  • Heads of chambers of commerce
  • Government policymakers
  • Global and regional investors
  • Private sector CEOs and innovators

“This is a vote of confidence in Kenya’s position as a regional economic powerhouse and a gateway to Africa,”
said KNCCI President Dr. Erick Rutto.

The event will advance key priorities of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), including intra-African trade, innovation, and public-private partnerships.
